Maryna Linchuk, Marry Me!

I'm so happy she is doing the Victoria Secret fashion show, which is today but will air @ 10PM on December 1st. Here is a shot of her backstage with one of her outfits on. She looks soooo amazing...Perfect fit for the show and nothing less. I can't wait to see her murder the runway because she was one of the stand-outs last year. I was on the fashion spot today and I came across some very sad news. T forum title said RIP Daul Kim...for sure I thought it was fake until I clicked the link from nymag. It said she was found dead in her Paris home, and that the cause of death was probably suicide. She was never a model I was a huge fan of, but she was very gorgeous. Chanel Iman..Bringin in the Money

Chanel Iman, one of the newest Victoria's Secret models isn't stopping there. She is making waves in magazines as well. She has a cover and editorial in Deutsch Magazine as well as an editorial in German Vogue. The cover of Deutsch magazine is stunning and the editorial is nothing short of it as well. She does poses I've never seen from her....a whole different side.

In Vogue Germany Chanel makes you smile in a Minnie Mouse inspired editorial with ears included. The dry, arid background adds a contrast to the bright clothes. All I'm going to say is Chanel you better work.

Freja Beha and I Meet

Today in Soho after getting off work, I decide to go towards my favorite magazine store since the train station is right there. When I'm going down the street I see a familiar face. It isn't a friend, although it would be cool if we were, it was model Freja Beha. For tose of you that don't know her by name she is in the latest Chanel ads as well as the up in coming S/S 2010 ads, she is a muse of Karl Lagerfeld, and just a cool chic. I went into the store and kind of sounded like a crazed fan asking for a picture. Her response made me smile, when she said yes it was in the nicest and most down to earth tone ever. I snap the shot and we looked at it together; we mutually decided that the picture looked really good. I thanked her so much because she could have been like other models I've ran into and not gotten even a hello. Freja this blog loves you!!

Bringing the topic back to clothing...I was watching the John Galliano show, and I kept rewinding Natasha Poly coming down the runway. Her attitude isn't the only thing that captivated me, but this jacket embellished with pins all on it. I want to do a jacket just like it. Tell me what do you think.

Russian Dolls

Maryna Linchuk, my favorite model can't roll alone, she must always have other gorgeous girls on her side....she does just that. During fashion week she was seen with either Sasha Pivovarova or Anna Selezneva some of Steven Meisel's favorite girls. Hopefully Maryna will be in something lensed by Meisel soon I'm expecting a comeback. I just love them all, so tall and gorgeous what else could you ask for?
